Snow

Well, here we are. Our blizzard warning has been over for 3 hours now. The snow has let up but we are supposed to get more by the end of the week. It started snowing on Friday. We got almost 15 inches of snow between the three days of snow. WOW! We also had some more lightening snow. It was really neat this time because it was during the night so we could see it better (and I knew what it was this time).

I will hopefully get some pictures taken tomorrow and post them.

Bridge to Terabithia

I went to see "Bridge to Terabithia" Saturday night with some girlfriends. I thought it was very good. I have never read the book but plan to do so soon. It is good but I recommend bringing some tissues because it is sad. Go see it and let me know what you think. Rotten Tomatoes gave it 85%.

My new hobby

So I have been watching a live camera feed from Nkorho Pan (near Hoedspruitin) South Africa. They are 8 hours ahead of us.

The cam mostly stays on the watering hole most of the time but sometimes the camera pans around the area. So far I have been watching this for 4 days and have seen Wildibeasts, ducks, various birds, giraffes, and lions. Oh yeah...cannot forget to mention the large piles of poop. I have been having a lot of fun watching the cam. You can watch 24/7. It is really cool.
