WMD in Waldo?

So I was cruising through the news from Florida tonight just to see what was going on back home when this headline caught my eye: "'Weapon of Mass Destruction' Targets Sex Shop in Waldo"

The first thing that went through my mind was WTF...there's a sex shop in Waldo? Then I read the story. Apparently someone is mistaken because said sex shop is in Micanopy not Waldo. Oops..take it back. I read another story from WJXT and apparently said sex shop is a new shop and is to open this summer (well there will be some happy rednecks in Waldo). My second thought was WTF...a weapon of mass destruction in Waldo?

Okay...so if you don't know where Waldo is (LOL...that's too funny...totally didn't mean that one), it is located in bum-fuck no where Florida. It's actually located in Alachua County near Gainesville.

Anyways...I thought I just HAD to blog about this. There are two really hilarious things about this story. Sex shops in Waldo and WMD in Waldo. This is just too funny if you know anything about Waldo. The only thing in Waldo (as far as I'm concerned) is the flea market (it's not a bad one either). There really is NOTHING in Waldo.

I guess the prayer vigils and protests weren't enough...someone decided to take it into his own hands and set an act of terrorism on a sex shop in Waldo. LOL...I'm sorry...this really is just too friggin funny.
