Scary Movie 4

Matt and I went to see Scary Movie 4 tonight. It was funny and a lot better than the last one. There were some parts in it that made me laugh so hard. But I have to say that what made me laugh the most throughout the movie was the fat old man sitting in the row in front of us who kept dozing off. It was so funny that I just could not stop laughing. Matt kept telling me to be quiet. LOL. The old man would be really quiet one minute and the next he would snore and wake himself up. It was a hoot. I do not know why it was so funny but it was. It also helped keep my mind of the horrible parents who brought their like 5 or 6 year old to the movie (he kept saying "mama, mama, mama, mama...."---bugged the shit out of me).

But anyway...we had a good time. There were some really great scenes in it goofing on President Bush and terrorism. Oh and Leslie Nielson's naked ass. LOL.

If you want to read a real review of the actual movie, go to Rotten Tomatoes review.

Matt's Creative Side

Matt shared some of his boredom creativity with me today. He wrote the following haiku on a business trip to California in December 2005. I thought I'd share it with my readers.

Octopus taco
Suction cup in tortilla,
Feast of the ocean.

Apparently in California, they have Octoups Tacos on their menues in some restaurants. To me this sounds way grose. Matt did not think it was that great either. He did not order it...someone offered it to him and Matt being Matt said "sure...I'll try it." He probably will not be ordering Octopus Taco's in the future.

Enjoy!

Ice, Ice Baby!

Wow...Matt and I saw the BIGGEST hail of our lives last night. It was bright and sunny all day long and about 6-ish, the skies started turning dark. My True View Weather on my computer kept popping up telling me that there were Severe Thunder Storm Warnings and Watches to the West of us. Matt and I were sitting in the living room watching a movie when at 9:27 we heard things hitting the side of the house. I thought someone was throwing rocks at the house. It scared the crap out of me. I jumped up and looked out the window. Never have I seen hail as big as I did last night. It was the size of a GOLF BALL! All over the front lawn and sidewalk, not to mention beating our vehicles to death (we were lucky, only a few dings but not enough to bother turning it into our insurance).

So what did I do? I grabbed the camera and stood on our porch to take pictures thinking the whole time...I gotta blog about this. Lame huh? LOL. So here are some pictures I took of the hail last night.

WOW

Oh My God!!!! Spring FINALLY decided to visit Madison. Last night, I saw that our high was supposed to be 68 and SUNNY. I thought, wonderful. Finally, I can wear sandals!!! But, as I am sitting here typing this, my True View Weather Desktop Alert on my computer says it's 73 out right now. Can you believe it? WOW. That's all I have to say.

My poor stupid plant that has been inside all winter is probably thinking WTF. It's outside right now. Prolly gonna die of sun shock. LOL.

Enjoy!!!
